Spinning wheel of death on launch page

Hey there, I've just updated Premiere to the lastest version 10.0.4 and on launching it gets stuck on the launch page. I've un then re-installed Premiere but it's still doing the same thing. Screenshot for reference.

Anybody else had this problem? I don't know how to fix it!

Were you able to get the issue sorted? If you are still experiencing this issue, try opening an existing project and check if Premiere Pro is launching properly. Let us know, we're here to help.
