Split Audio?

Hello!

I'm working a project for a friend, but found out that they mistakenly recorded sound through a Zoom H4N on only one channel (Left) through Stereo. Can someone explain the process of either duplicating that channel and putting it into the Right channel or somehow splitting the audio from the Left Channel to two?

    Use the fill right with left audio effect either on the clips or on the whole track using the track mixer.
