SRT workflow using 3rd party transcription - how to?

Have a recurring edit where time is critical.  Goal: send a clip out to external transcription.  Client corrects transciption on that service's site, then sends me back a SRT.   But while that happens, I'd starting editing the multicam.  At some point I'd import his SRT and continue editing.  

Is this possible, and what's the workflow for "attaching" the incoming SRT to a clip that's been edited in a multicam?  Or another approach?  Thanks!
