Stabalizer on 16mm film

Hello
The timeline work is with converted 16mm film in .mov format. There are several reels stationed on the timeline. I need to stablize the videos. Do I select all of the 3 minute reels to stabalize ?

Or do I chose one reel to stablize, then the next reel to stablize, and so forth?
