Star Rating not Refreshing on Project Panel

The column with Rating on my project panel is not refreshing. If, for example I change to the effects panel within the same panel group the stars still remain on screen. If I change to a different metadata arrangement the stars from the original display remain on screen. The only way to get rid of them is to restart premiere. This is on 23.5.0 but I have checked this in the latest beta version and the behavious is the same. 

The problem only appears on Windows and not on Mac using the same version of Premiere Pro.
