Start Screen differences across acounts?

Hello all,

I recently noticed a strange discrepancy when using my wife's Adobe account from home a couple of days ago. On her account, Premiere (and other apps), have a better Start Screen than the one I have with my work account.

She has a Sort button, and a nice little Filter field, along with some small UI tucks and tweaks. I have none of these. This is what my Start Screen looks like:

I'm fully caught up with updates, so I don't know what to do to get these extra features, but they sure would be nice.

I forgot to grab a screenshot on her machine, but will do so later tonight and update this post.
