Stereoscopic Up/Over Export Issues

Hey guys, I'm having issues getting Premiere Pro to export Stereoscopic image Up/Over video correctly. I'm using Premiere Pro CC 2018

I've rendered a 4096x4096 (1:1) image from Autodesk Maya, using the vr_camera, over_under, latlong, eye separation 0.650.

I create a a sequence from clip. The equirectangular , stereoscopic, over/under is picked up in the sequence settings. When i toggle the vr button everything appears correct and i can scroll around in 360. The anaglyph appears normal when i check the options in settings.

I export using using standard settings, making sure the Vr button is checked etc. (.H264, match source, square pixels)

When i export the video has both the under/over images wrapped in 360 that gives that fish aesthetic.

Any ideas? Been looking at this issue for a week or so. Been reverting to monoscopic renders just keep my output up. Thanks
