Still image duration incorrect in Info window

I've had this issue the last few versions of Premiere. I work on animatics using still frames in .psd format. Accurate frame durations is a must for my work. On the timeline, the duration reads correctly. In the info window, the duration is always off. ( See screenshot).

I simply can't rely on the Info window anymore to be accurate, which makes timing animation and scenes a huge chore. I've never had this issue in premiere before, I'm not exactly sure when it started or what could cause this.

One could set the Indeterminate media timebase in the Pref to the sequence framerate

That was it! The  Indeterminate media timebase was set to 29.97 drop frame rather than 23.976! Thank you! Such a simple thing but I would have never noticed it was set different! *forehead slap*

Hi @HaroldMac

Does the sequence match the Frame rate of the PNG?  Try this out for me as a workaround.
For example, could you create a new 23.976 sequence and drag the .psd directly from the Finder level into it? You should notice a difference if you drag and drop instead of importing. It is a still image, but a frame rate is assigned on import, and that is more than likely the difference in duration you are seeing. Does this happen with still image sequences such as TIFF files or animated, sequentially numbered PNG stills?

Here to help.
