I work with nature scenes. Please advise, what bitrate range does Adobe Premiere Pro recommend as the most suitable for exporting 4K (2160p), 30fps stock video in H.264 format?

@47264587 I moderate a YouTube Community, and several members are vloggers, and I have say, I seen there 4K videos (2160p) — is "wowza!" For High-Detail/Nature Scenes I would shoot for 60–100 Mbps. Best Export Settings For Premiere Pro For YouTube
