Story opens as Story Free in Desktop and Browsers, but I'm a CC subscriber

So, I'm writing, and I notice my story desktop is set to offline.  But I can't go online, because it's all of sudden telling me it's Story Free.

Turns out my CC membership's account details needed to be updated.  I updated them.  Closed story.  Rebooted computer.  This mofo STILL thinks I'm on Story Free.

My co-writers need access to the changes I've made offline, so I need this app to recognize that it's NOT the free version, and connect, and propagate my changes to the online scripts.  And I need it to happen soon.

How can I get my desktop version to understand that I pay good money for this service?

Hi......could I ask those of you who contributed to this thread to consider adding a comment in support of keeping Adobe Story going on the following thread? The hope would be that if enough people contributed Adobe may listen. If you know of others who use Adobe Story perhaps you could pass the link on and invite them to make a comment. We are also hoping that Story could be developed further to the same standard as Adobe Story Classic.

Story Discontinued...

Thanks

Bill
