Strange color flickering

Hello mates!

So i have my clips in premiere and at one point some colors started flickering to another color. (not all the colors are flickering)

This didn't happen because I added effects or color correction on my clips. It just started randomly. One point I thought that premiere just shows some weird preview or something, but when I rendered it out I saw the same thing.

Tried to encode some .mts and phone .mp4 clips to usual .mp4 and had hope that this might fix the problem but it didn't either.

My only conclusion is that something is going on with my own Graphics card. Updated the drivers and still the same problem. But it still think that problem is laying in my graphics card, if so then maybe someone will know the fix for that problem.

HP EliteBook 2570p specs:

OS: Windows 10  build 1809  64bit

CPU: Intel Core i7-3520 2.9GHz

GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000

RAM: 8Gb
