Strange Horizontal Lines on Export

Hi everyone, I have a problem that is doing my head in. Every time I export my video, I get these strange lines accros parts of the video. They are only every few frames, but it's very noticeable and it looks gross. I have tried changing the Time Interpolation from Frame Blending to Opticle flow but that hasn't worked. I've aslo tried changing the Feild Order to Progressive, but again it hasn't changed anything. If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this, it would be GREATLY appreciated. I have  two imag es of the strange lines, and have a screen shot of my export settings. Thanks in advance!

looks like it's an interlacing issue...   which is a complex issue that's not the easiest thing to wrap you're head about.  most modern video formats are progress, where each frame is discreet and complete where interlaced frames consist of 2 fields with a temporal difference between each field, with each field having every other line...  too late for me to attempt to explain it tonight, but do some googling and if you can't figure it out, post back and I'll try and explain things when I've add some sleep...   but might help to check your source properties and tell us what the field dominance is for your sources and how it compares to the field dominance of your sequence...
