Strange problem with mogrt in Premiere Pro
Hello,
I'm having an issue with a mogrt in Premiere that I can't seem to solve.
Some details:
- Windows 11, using Premiere v 26.3
- The mogrt clip is 5 seconds long. There's an animated background, with a text layer (editable in Premiere) on top.
- At exactly 3 seconds in, the text layer becomes corrupted by blank horizontal areas that appear across the scene. These blank spots cut into the text layer and show the backdrop/animation layer below.
- As the animation continues, these horizontal "blank spots" begin to appear in the animation layer and continue through the rest of the sequence.
- The last few frames of the animation reveal a strange text line at the very top of the scene, colored in the same way as the layers in the AE project. This text line is a file name from a tiff sequence that is part of the original AE project/mogrt export.
- I have tried re-exporting the mogrt from the AE session (everything works fine in the AE session) but the issue remains.
- This issue doesn't appear for my colleague, who is using the same files and same version of AE and Premiere. However, he is using a Mac, for what it's worth.
I have tried every combination of project and sequence settings I can think of.
The red flag here I think is something to do with the tiff sequence from the original AE project, but my colleague is using the same files (on Mac) with no issue, so I am at a loss as to what else could be different.
Unfortunately I cannot include the files here for review due to NDA.
If anyone has seen or heard of anything like this or has any ideas to try, all help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
