Hi,  Premiere pro feature subtitle Captions is not working properly. Please advise when you will release a new version with all bugs fixed.  BRGDS Torbjörn

    Sorry for the issue with Open Captions. Please elaborate the issue which you are facing, so we can try to troubleshoot or provide a workaround.

    Hi again,

    I am using Premiere Pro cc 2017 , latest update April.
    I use a PC.

    The problem is as far as I understand nothing new.
    My problem is as follows:
    - After adding a subttile "Open caption" the subtitle is not visible after rendering and export a Movie. The subtitle is in the timeline but still not visible?

    - This is very frusturating. After several hours spent on adding text the subtitle is useless.

    When wil Adobe update current version of PP Pro CC 2017?

    Hi maflobe,

    To my knowledge, there is no known issue related to this.

    It this happening with all projects? Have you tried with new projects?

    If yes, reset the preferences & try again FAQ: How to reset preferences in Premiere Pro?
