Subtitles bug

Hello there,
Hope my english will be clear to understand.

I work every day with the tool "subtitle" and "automatic translation".
Since today I can not use it anymore because every language aren't available to download. I see the "cloud" and the "arrow" that means "download" but nothing happend when I click on it.
I used to have English and French vocabularies and I cannot download them back.

I cannot work, this is my main job : doing documentary for my client... with subtitles !
Please if someone can help me, I'll appreciate that.

    These are very large downloads, and can take a long time.

     

    Go to your Cloud desktop, apps, and find Premiere Pro. Click on the 3 dots menu and pick Add-ons. Click the language you want to download, and it will show you percent downloaded.

     

    Edit: I noticed after posting this that you do not say what version you are on. You can only download transcription add-ons for versions that are available to download. The add-on will be for the version you open it from. If you still have a problem, let us know what version of PR you have installed.

    Hello Stan,

    Thank you very much, never been in those parameters and never saw "add-ons" menu.
    French and English was already added. So I decided to unistall them, then re-download them... it WORKS !
    I'm on the 25.4 version of PremierePro.

    Thanks a lot for your quick answer, it saved my work week.
