Subtitles/Captions Position Changes when Queued to Media Encoder

Something I'm noticing that just started happening.

I have a video all set for export. SRT file is brought in and positioned with Effect Controls.

If I export straight from Premiere, it's fine everything stays where it should.

When it's sent to media encoder, i can see in the preview that my srt is shifting over to the left a lot. I let it export and checked it once it was done. The subtitles shifted like it shows in the preview window.

I've been doing this exact workflow for a while and now this is just starting to happen.

My workaround has been just exporting one-by-one. I have so many to do though I can't keep going on like this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

My Project had the Renderer set to GPU Acceleration CUDA and in Media Encoder it is set to Mercury Software Only. Once I set my project to Software Only the problem was fixed.
