Suggestion: Adobe Premiere Pro Speed adjustments to be More like Final Cut Pro X

Wanted to make a suggestion that we have an option to make our speed ramping/adjustment process similar to Final Cut Pro X. I just think the current way it's done is really clunky and way slower than other video editing programs out there. I'm debating switching after using Premiere Pro for 8+ years because of all these things Final Cut is doing that Premiere Pro is still unable to do.
