Switching from stock music to sound effects in essential sound panel

I feel like I must be missing something simple,  but I can't get out of the stock music menu in the essential sound panel. I'm trying to go to the sound effects menu, but there doesn't appear to be any way to get out of of the music page. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
