Switching Position of Zoom Call in Premiere?

This may sound like a dumb question and downright impossible, but the person I am editing a video of a Zoom presentation wants the video of the person in the call switched from the right hand to the left hand side. Is that even possible in Premiere Pro? Thank you!

You can use the position controls in the Effect Controls Panel to move your selected clips. You can use the Crop effect from the Effects Panel, or masking if you need to clean anything up or isolate a specific part of the window. I can't deduce much else from your post, but from what I understand of it, yes you can do that.
