Syncing up my Zoom cams

Hello guys/gals.

I currently use 5-7 Zoom cameras to film my quartet. 

I then import them into my PC, open Premiere Pro, and then have to manually sync them up to one another for editing.

Audio: I have the stereo audio feed being sent to each camera, so as we record the video, live audio is also being recorded to each camera. 

Is there a better way of doing this please?
