Hello, 

I have an HP Spectre 360 Convertible 13 and after downloading PP, I get the message "Unsupported Video Driver." I have Inter(R) UHD Graphics 620, but when I try to update, it says that it's the most updated version. Can anyone help?

Sorry about this. Do you have a discrete NVIDIA GPU by any chance? If so, which one?
