system compatibility report on launch - troublshoot won't work

So I'm getting the System compatibiliry report on launch, saying my Intel graphics have an unsupported video driver.

idk why it matters because I have an AMD R9 290X.

Troublshoot said to reinstall the intel driver but it won't work because the installations says I don't meet the requirements (probably because it's disabled).

What do I do with it? everything else is up to date.

Your machine does not meet minimum system requirements.

Your Intel is most likely obsolete, hence the error message.

Disable Intel in the bios if possible.

But I have a GPU wdym by I don't meet the system requirments? you mean the intel graphic is obsolete or the cpu? because it's 4th generation?

Please write in plain English. Do not use chat language.

Premiere does not support a 10 year old GPU which is part of your CPU.
