System requirements have problem

Somebody tell me My System requirements not enough for premiere Pro?

My Computer Windows 10 64 bit

Processor Intel i7 8700 K 3.70GHz Coffee Lake

Ram 32 GB

Mainboard Z 370sli plus

Bios A 20

Gpu NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti

Disk C Samsung ssd 960 Evo 250 GB

Disk D wdc 2 TB

Just have a problem After 2 month

CPU Run 100%

In task Manager Adobe premiere Pro Run with wmi provider Host Used CPU 100%

In Memory Premier pro 9285 MB

In Program to slow Some Time error When I save project

I Try To solve the problem By using The Proxy file

Nothing Better

I don't know what the problem is with Adobe or Windows

I ask you before Maybe You can Help me

I Clear Cache Every Time ending project

    Your System Configuration is very good...and premiere pro should work fine.

    What is the exact issue your facing. If you mean that Premiere pro is slowing down or not able to give real time Playback than you need to provide more details regarding the media, effects, sequence settings your using with premiere pro and also the version of Premiere pro your working.

    How much free space does C drive have available and is you media stored on SSD or HDD.

    That system should be plenty strong for Adobe.  Beyond plenty strong. 

    Is it just going to 100% any time you are working or when you try and do certain things?  Sorry I'm not fully understanding.
