Taking over an hour to import 127GB MXF file to Premiere. Use to take minutes. Whats going on here?

I work with large MXF files exceeding 100GBs regularly. After the last few updates, it often take OVER AN HOUR for an MXF to load, if at all. And if it doesn't load after an hour I've just wasted all that time. I'm up to date on the newest version of Premiere (22), as well trying to go back 2 versions (15.4.2).

Can someone tell me what is going on here? It's impossible to work like this.

Hello Nabeela,

I wonder if clearing your preferences and trashing your media cache would help.
