Team Project does not sync and show up for 3days.

I have a premiere team project working with my team.

3days ago, it became disconnected during editing.

The edit was possible by saving to local, so I thought it was a temporary issue and left it for the weekend.

Today I noticed that the team project is still not available for me,

1. The team project window shows up the project that was saved locally  and unsync but  does not show up the other projects in the cloud.

2. Opening that project is possible but still disconnected.

3. Creating a new team project is possible but it just creates it disconnected.

4. I noticed that the creative cloud library syncing indicator was rotating and not completed so I re-loginned and updated the app and also removed the db files mentioned here but nothing worked.

5. I tried the latest 3 Premiere versions.

6. I tried several internet connections. Home, office, cellphone, starbucks, all the same.

It seems just my account is not working (I tried from a different Mac with same account and did not work, I have to wait to tomorrow to see if my colleagues are facing the same issue but a different user told me his team project was working fine).

Is there anything else I could try to make it sync?
