Team Projects - Invitation Not Showing Up

Question

Hi,

New to Premiere pro trying to set up a team project. I sent the invitation to another collaborator, the invitation goes through on my end and says that the collaborator has been invited. However, the other end is not seeing my invitation. Can anyone help me out with this?

Hey Lily, thanks for making this post! Did your collaborator ever find the invite? It should be in the Creative Cloud Desktop App if they select the bell icon in the top right. Let us know if you found it.
