Team Projects - Invitation Not Showing Up

Hi, 

New to Premiere pro trying to set up a team project. I sent the invitation to another collaborator, the invitation goes through on my end and says that the collaborator has been invited. However, the other end is not seeing my invitation. Can anyone help me out with this?
