Teams Project not showing properly

I've been trying to get the Teams project to work between my colleague and me in Premiere Pro. They had already created a personal project, but when they tried to convert it to a Teams project, it showed up as an empty/blank project on their end and my end as well.

I don't want them to recreate the entire project.

How would I go about getting this to work? They have the files all on their machine. How can we get them onto Google Drive and sync it with Premiere?
