Text and Images glitch after export and/or render

Hi,

Editing on CC 2017.0.2 with Mac Pro

I am having an issue where a block of text or a jpeg will glitch after I render and/or export. The glitch will usually be one of two things or even a combo of both. The text block will jump to the top corner of the frame and sometimes it just stays there or sometimes it will flicker back and forth between the top corner and the middle where it was.

This does not happen every time and I can not figure out any consistent issues with the times that it does happen. EXCEPT, and I haven't totally tested it, but I do think that it happens when the text/jpg is scaled down.

Can you give a bit more info?

What are your sequence/render settings? Have you ever exported with a glitch and then re-exported and found a fix?

Do you have a sample of what the glitching looks like?
