Text Animation Presets: need suggestion on third party presets

Question

I find it counter productive to always have to animate text in AE and then importing it into Premiere. It's very frustrating that Premiere has no text animation presets, such as what is avaialble in AE. For this reason, I'm looking for third party presets to speed up production. Any suggestion on third party presets? I was looking at Motion Array, but it's a monthly subscription. I'm looking for a one-time purchase. Thanks.

Create a Mogrt in AE with the ability to change font, etc. and you can import it into in Premiere Pro.

Roland Kahlenberg's "TypeGems" might be a good fit. He's got some pretty amazing animation options built into his systems.
