Text base editing Dutch

I’m trying to set up so I can text base edit 

I can create a transcript in Dutch but from here I cannot edit.

I need to Generate text-base editing transcript but as soon as I do that it puts every thing in englisch not in Dutch. 

I cannot find the solutions for it, any input is highly appriciated

    Right-click one of the clips in the Project Panel. Pick Transcribe (or Re-transcribe). What do you see for the pre-selected language? If not Dutch, change it to Dutch and transcribe. What is the result.

     

    Since static/sequence transcription works, I assume there is no “cloud with a down arrow” symbol next to it - i.e. the Dutch language models are already downloaded.

     

    If Dutch is not the preselected/default language, go to Edit → Preferences → Media Analysis and Transcription and set it to Dutch. When you do automatic transcription is does not prompt you for language, and it uses the default.
