Text cutting off despite box being large enough

Hi all! I am attempting to make the star wars opening sequence for a silly project - but my text just keeps disappearing even though the box is extended far enough. The scale is set to 100. Unsure what else might be going on. 

I will be adding a corner pin effect to the text so that it has the real look of the slanted text in the opener - but I just cannot figure out this issue! Any and all help is much appreciated - I am on a deadline for this gift, oops!
