Text graphic losing qaulity when exported.

Hello,

I have a 1080p sequence, featuring a section with text. The text gets larger using vector motion keyframes, and is in stencil font. It is clear in premiere pro, but very low quality once exported. I have exported using high adaptive bitrate.  Any idea what is the issue?
