Text layers aren't exporting when I send to Media Encoder

Whenever I create text layers - for L3 or other on-screen copy, like credits - and send to Media Encoder to export, the text layers seem to not export. However, if I export within Premiere it's fine. Anyone else having this issue? Or any workarounds?

    Hi Elena Hamlin,

    Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Which version of Premiere & Media Encoder are you using? Is it happening while exporting any specific mogrt/caption or all of them?

    I am using After Effects and Media Encoder version 26.0 

     

    It’s happening when I am trying to export content with text layers on top of a background. If I send it to Media Encoder to export, the result will remove the text layers. If I export it straight from After Effects, there is no issue.

     

    I haven’t had this issue with previous versions of the software.

    Hey @laundrymen_9259,

    Thanks for the note and welcome to the forum. That's pretty strange. I can't reproduce this on my Mac here at the office. Can you give us more information about the version you are working with, your system info, and information about the media. Let us know. You can also try troubleshooting by pressing Shift at launch. From there you can reset preferences and delete the media cache. That could work. I hope we can help you. Sorry for this issue.

    Currently having the same issues on Mac. My Premiere and Encoder are up to date on 

    Premiere on v 25.2.3

    Encoder on v 25.2

    Let me know if theres anything else I can try.

    Hi jay_9812,

    Please let us know if these are text layers/mogrts or if you are working with captions. Also, does this happen while exporting in any specific format or with all the formats?
