Text on path without Legacy Title

Hey, all!

I'm trying to put text along a circle, and from my quick search it seems the only way to do this would've been using Legacy Title, but this function no longer exists in Premiere Pro 2024. Is there any other way to do this while staying in Premiere Pro?
