Text Tool Issue in Premiere Pro

Sometimes when you click on text with the text tool to edit, it gets buggy and the only way to fix it is to restart premiere which is a hassle when you have deadlines.

Sorry for the issue. Please let us know which version of Premiere Pro you're currently using (Help > About Premiere Pro). Do you experience this problem with a specific font? If possible, please also share screenshots or screen recordings of the issue so we can better understand the problem.
