The access to the graphic hardware application was blocked

Hello, I just updated to Adobe Premiere cc 2018. And as I press the play in the timeline, my pc freezes. The cursor remains on the play button and is blocked. I can't do anything anymore, just turn it off. I can't find any solution to the problem. Somebody could help me? Thanks in advance.

I have the exact issue. The program locks- it won't even close and I have to CTR-ALT-DELETE to shut down. I have been using Premiere CC 2018 for months with no issues but literally I had a snack this afternoon, came back to the computer and now the program is frozen as soon as I move in the timeline.

We are in the middle of a documentary and need a solution ASAP. Anyone?
