I have created caption and placed  it on the track and made sure the timing is perfect

The thing is the subtitle is not showing up in the video at all although I still can type down whatever I want on the caption section

The subtitle is in Arabic and I can create many titles in Arabic with no problem< to whom may think I have language preference error

    Hi fatimaha49944392,

Sorry for the issue. What type of captions have you created? Open Captions or Closed Captions?

If Closed captions, what is the standard? Is it CEA-608 or CEA-708?

Have you enabled Closed Captions display in Program monitor settings?

Have you set the right standard in the Program monitor settings > Closed Captions Display > Settings?

    Thanks,

    Vidya.
