The Download Link Keeps Linking Me to the Products Catalog and Does Nothing Else

I bought Premiere Pro almost a month ago, but was confused at first because there was no obvious download link. Not needing it yet, I left it for the time being, figuring that maybe it needed to confirm my payment or something before being able to work.

I've tried multiple times since then to download it. The forums (and Google) got me up to the part where I go into order history, click the serial number, and then the download link, but the download link sends me to adobe's catalog page. Adobe products: desktop, web, and mobile applications | Adobe If there was a "download now" option, I would think it correct. But there isn't. Only a buy option. I already bought the dang thing so this is very frustrating!

Are there any alternative options? Or anyone I can contact to fix this? I'd hate to cancel my subscription, but if I'm not getting the product in the first place...
