The Dreaded Green Frames

Here is my specs: Apple M1 Ultra - 64GB Ram - OS Ventura 13.3

I export out a ProResHQ file and some of the frames are green - one was partial black (see examples) 

The place that they happen are on a Photoshop layered file (PSD) 

It doesnt happen on footage in the show or stills. 

I know some of the answers were to switch to software only on export but a ProResHQ export has no option for this kind of export. 

So what i have to do is bring the ProResHQ file back in to Premiere make a new sequence and go to my master show and re-export just these green glitch sections (you cannot see glitched in the master sequence - just in the exported file) and then I import those sections and "patch" the master ProResHQ file and re-export. Then all is well. 

Any ideas?
