Question

The exported video freezes (only when I use dji Dlog M files)

Hello! I'm new to using this program. I've started shooting in Dlog-M with my DJI drone. However,  after I export the video, it doesn't play back; it's like a still image. Exporting files shot in normal mode works fine, with no issues. I've reinstalled Premiere Pro and the problem persists. Trying older versions also resulted in the same issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I suspect I need to adjust some settings. Currently, I'm using CapCut without any problems, but it's frustrating not being able to use Premiere.

I attempted to use "Media Encoder" instead of the "Export" function, and it resolved the issue. However, I am not satisfied with this solution as I expected a more straightforward process. I already faced enough challenges understanding the Rec 709 format rather than the original color space, in addition to applying a LUT. Then, this export complication arose. The learning curve for Adobe Premiere Pro is proving to be quite steep.

Glad it's working for you now (although not as you would want it). Any more questions, let us know

Might want convert dji footage to an edit friendly codec before bringing it into Premiere.

Just a reminder Premiere is not Capcut or v.s.
