The Fast Blur effect crops the image, and it sticks to the edge. The Scale mode behaves very strangely in this case; it moves the frame all over the place, left and right.

The Fast Blur effect crops the image, and it sticks to the edge. The Scale mode behaves very strangely in this case; it moves the frame all over the place, left and right.

    Fast Blur was retired in version 24.6, but it will still appear in the Effect Controls panel for projects made in earlier versions that used it.

    Since it's no longer supported, I recommend using Gaussian Blur instead.

    By using these old effects, you are making your program unstable. I suggest you do not use legacy effects.

      Did you import/installed effects. Fast blur should not be there.
