Since updating to 13.0.1 I cannot import any files (see attached)

This is a show stopper, cannot do any work. The files play fine in external windows media players.

I have a Quadro m2000m and no issues prior to this update

That's strange. If you were importing in 2018 and are getting this error in 2019 codec issues for sure. As Byron said, transcode and see what happens. A bit of a pain the the behind but should give a clearer indication as to whats wrong. Have you tried bringing in other files? Has this become a universal error on your side with all MP4 files or just this one?

just tried a few files and all ok. At the time of the post i did try 2 or 3 files and had the problem

Thanks for your reply. I would of thought it does not matter as the file could be imported prior to the latest upgrade. However, it is MP4 and i have tried a number of different files
