The follow OS event log errors when starting PP 2018

Event log errors:

CC4MN BrtCC4MN: [2018/05/20 22:26:19.465]: [00000524]: [Flow 1/4] Main Process started.

C4PRG BrtC4PRG: [2018/05/20 22:26:19.622]: [00000524]: RegOpenKeyEx failed

I get about 20 of these entries every time I start PP 2018.

Before you say "wipe your OS and re-install" (because I know that's the most common response) ... I've already done that, install Win 10 1803 from scratch then installed Adobe suite from scratch ... same errors.

    First thing that comes to mind is Steps 3D and G below.  Check those and report back.

    Windows 10 Defender was disabled, so not 3D.

    I have not moved My Documents, so not 3G.

    Like I eluded to, I've done a complete OS wipe and re-install of Win10 1803 and fresh install of Adobe CC suite.
