the Function of the Scroll Wheel on the Program panal is so bad

After updating the version, I found that the function of the scroll wheel on the Program Monitor has changed to zooming in and out. This is a completely stupid decision. In most cases, it was just fine for me to use the "Fit" option, and the original function was very handy. Now, after I use the scroll wheel and then press the "~" key, it doesn't show the "Fit" view anymore but a fixed proportion instead. It's so annoying!!!

Why isn't it the case that you hold down the Ctrl key and then roll the scroll wheel to change the proportion?

The so-called tilde (grave) key is mapped to Maximize or restore frame under cursor.

Fit (magnification) in the Program monitor has a different function and does not have a kbsc.

This one you have to assign yourself.

When I was in the editing state, I accidentally adjusted the zoom level to 39% by using the scroll wheel. When I pressed the "~" key to maximize the Program Monitor, can you make it return to the “fit” state?

It's too easy for me to change the aspect ratio of the picture in the Program Monitor now. However, in most cases, I don't want to make any changes
