The Graphic Title - Film Title bugs the whole exported video up

So, I've spent about three hours on this trying to figure out why any exported videos are either showing a glitchy looped first few seconds, or just a completely black, or all green screen. What I narrowed it down to was the Film Title, that I have used for hundreds of my videos without a problem, until the Premiere Pro 2021 update. After the update, that really neat little title can no longer be used. In fact, when I try typing into it to edit it in the editor screen, it typically freezes my entire computer for several seconds, even YouTube in the background hangs for that time, and then when I try and look at the sequence screen, all the video is black.

I do not know what happened, but the update really messed this one specific title up. So I tried the basic title under graphics and used two of them at once to sort of simulate the Film Title, and it works without any problems. So I have narrowed it down to Film Title, and only Film Title.
