Question

"the importer reported a generic error" while replacing with after effect composition

Hello guys, this is my first post in this forum.
So, I was wondering if someone could help me to fix my problem with abode premiere.

I'm using Abode premiere CC 2015 15.4 and after effect CC 2015.

The problem is that I'm unable to move the premiere project to after effect. Whenever I press replace with after effect composition, I got an error in premiere saying that "the importer reported a generic error"
Any help would be highly highly appreciated.

BTW I'm not able to update to the newest version of the software because my computer isin"t that good honestly.

Hello @precise_Dream5C9C,

Thanks for the message. Are you doing speed effects in Premiere Pro prior to sending the clip to be replaced by an After Effects Composition? Let me know. Sorry for the issue.

Thanks,
Kevin
