The keyboard shortcut tilda ( ` ) key  for full screen toggle no longer works. I'm running Windows 10 with the latest version of Premiere Pro CC 2017. Has Adobe disabled full screen function in Premiere???

After updating it also didn't worked on my win 10 PC. The shortcut was set to a lower case letter. You can simply edit it in the keyboard shortcut menu: Maximize or Restore Frame Under Cursor.
