Hello,

I just purchased a Motions Graphics template from Adobe Stock, but there is no way for me to import it. I have the latest version of Premiere Pro Please help me fix this. It's telling me to re-export from After Effects but I do not have it.

Thank you

HI @Sophie259139283vp9 ,

Sorry that you're running into issues and that it's been a bit since we noticed your post on the forums.

"Mogrt is Corrupt" issue occurs when the Motion Graphics Templates Media scratch disk is set to a folder that is deeply nested or in folders with long names that goes beyond the 260 character limit that file paths on Windows. If this ends up being your issue, move the mogrt to a less deeply nested folder. An additional workaround if you're comfortable with changing your registry, you can follow steps here: https://mspoweruser.com/ntfs-260-character-windows-10/

If you're still having problems with this mogrt please let me know the following:

  • Premiere Pro version number

  • Operating system and version number

  • The link to the Stock mogrt that you downloaded (or the filename if you do not have the link)
  • What location are you importing your mogrts from (The local directory, an additional folder, a cloud location, a library)
  • Does this happen with an older version of Premiere Pro with this specific mogrt?

Thanks,

Theresa
