The preset effects do not add up on the same clip / don't stack

Hello, I have a slight problem with my adobe after premiere pro. I have been using the sapphire plugins and some other third party glow and flicker plugins. For some reason when I am trying to add both a scaling effect that increases my frame in size and add a flicker effect to it, the scaling motion stops working even though I added it to the clip. Is there a way to fix that?

Correct answer R Neil Haugen

Apply one effect, nest the clip, then apply the other.

Maybe try changing the stacking order of the effects in the Effects Control Panel.

With your selection tool drag the name of one of the effects above or below the other one. ( A think line should let you know when you can drop it.) Hope that this helps.

Thank you for your answer, unfortunately, it doesn't allow me to put the flicker effect above the motion effect. So the image flickers but doesn't move as wanted.
