the problem with importing files to premier pro 2024

всем привет, помогите пожалуйста, перерыл весь интернет не могу найти решение своей проблемы, при импорте файла (путем переноса(перетягивания)) видео в премьер про, появляется крест, без ошибок, без каких либо уведомлений просто не импортируется видео. Что мне делать? Как это решить?
Hi all, help please, I have searched the whole internet and can't find a solution to my problem, when importing a file (by transferring (dragging)) a video into premier pro, a cross appears, no errors, no notifications, just not importing the video. What should I do? How to solve this?

Welcome to the community! Could you please confirm the source & format of the media that you are trying to import in Premiere Pro?

Hi, the videos are recorded by me, the video format is mp4, but I don't think the problem is in the format because it doesn't work to import files of any format, I just can't transfer the video to premier and after effects.

Hi, it's not related to my problem, I don't think that's the problem since it doesn't work to import any file format, I just can't get the video into premier and after effects.

Does File > Import work?

Hi, importing works by double clicking on the given area, I have a problem that I can't import video by dragging the video into premier.
